Purpose of the Role:
The Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant will be responsible for reviewing client business processes, re-engineering the client’s processes to improve efficiency, and performing many of the functional tasks required for a successful CRM Implementation.

We are currently recruiting for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 Consultant to join our CRM team. Reporting to the CRM Business Unit Director, the objective of this role is to take a consultative approach to implement and deliver Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 products and services.
CRM Consultant is effective in determining practical solutions for both business and technical processes. The individual has a proven track record of delivering high quality projects that result in high customer satisfaction. The individual works closely with resources at all levels.
A successful consultant in this position is able to demonstrate strong relationships with internal clients in gathering business requirements, assessing business needs, and providing creative and effective solutions that conform to emerging technology standards. The consultant is detail oriented, able to multi-task, extremely organized, and is able to prioritize multiple demands in a very fast paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Takes initiative and implements customer requirements at a high quality level (e.g. using Test Driven Development approach).
- Strives to deliver quality work to keep the maintenance effort low.
- Dealing with dynamic environment and meeting deadlines on time.
- Good team player.
Essential Skill sets
- Proficient in configuration, customization, Java Script, Plugins and Workflow
- C# knowledge is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience on integrating CRM with LOB applications
- Good working knowledge in C#, SQL Server
- MS CRM Reporting and Analytics
- Good Understanding of N tier web architecture.
- Exposure to data migration in MS CRM will be an added advantage
